Why Should This Player Be Punished: So i mugg 2 guys 1 of them acted perfectly , this guy didnt .He thought that he could negotiate with me , a criminal that had him under gp ,basically i tell him to whisper and 3 or 4 times didnt follow my command to do so (i didnt want to kill him for that ) although i had told him if u dont whisper u die , then he threatend me that his org will kill me and stuff still while he was on gp , and i am not sure he dropped all his items , if he had fish its ok i wouldnt care about fish but i did a /search and asked him twice and no admin was on to veryify so i make this ar .Mostly i want u to confirm that he had no other items on him

Tick: started at 27 k but it lasted over 15 minutes most of the stuff i reffer too occur until 32k or something more
