Why Should This Player Be Punished: I Was Responding to a 911 call and i got there and he was faking that he was being raided (i know that) but i was on the floor UNARMED and he shot me unknown reason why! i did not do anything wrong no harm (apart from panic shots fired at suburbs 3) and he does not know i press panic button! but he shot me from unknown reason could you explain why you shot me i know its a raid but you don't kill unarmed people

If he really did a fake call to kill you or an other officer, he broke:

He shot an officer for apparently fun which could risk him an imprisonment of 10 years cause of 5.1

Alex has a notorious reputation of being a little punk ass bitch having a lengthy ban history, one of which was a permanent ban which was stated to be a "no chance of appeal" by our favourite fire-fighting Australian @Mannerwaffel

After reviewing the Demo provided i have seen the user break the following rules.

Rule 2.5: Excessive Negativity
The user had no reason to shoot at you as you were unarmed and complying by kneeling down on the ground therefour the user has broke this rule.

Rule 3.4: Putting your life at risk
Considering how many police officer were around the area by shooting you in the public area where there were police officers and citizens walking around making it highly populated area therefour putting your life/freedom at risk.

Overall i give this a +support for the reasons above and the demo provided shows that he had no need to kill you and that there was a big population in that area at the time.

This is again, an obvious example of 3.4 and 2.5 as it was in a public area and with loads of cops. He surely chose the right time to go inactive

Sorry, but the only evidence is a crappy video that only shows him killing you? You don't know his side of the story, and you pressed your panic button under gunpoint which is against 3.4.
Cops can be killed simply for being witnesses, no matter if they comply, and I can't see how anyone can support this without hearing out Alex first.

He didn't though and it's still a broken rule and he called the police and I was on the floor unarmed and he shot me for no reason so your saying in the real world you would just shoot a cop for no reason?

Alex will be permanently banned as he broke 3.4 Putting your life at risk when he started shooting police when he could have easily ran away. He also broke 2.5 Excessive Negativity by shooting you when you were completely compliant. The reason this is permanent is because of his record of bans and warnings. (22 Warnings and 8 bans). He will still have chance of appeal as I believe he has done rather well since he was unbanned. Note: Creepis is currently having trouble with dealing with action requests at the moment.
