Why Should This Player Be Punished: So he was chased by cops and I was at the fire department, all of a sudden he runs me over which is fair enough as I'm basicly on the middle of everything, even though he could have passed by, but that's fair enough. I then confront him about it and he starts to act aggressive and be made, I then went behind his vehicle and he intentfully reverses directly into me with an officer right beside me, he runs off and I shoot after him, he comes back speeding directly with full speed into my friend who did nothing and killing his own friend in the progress which is a passenger, resulting in his own death and he leaves directly after. After he leaves he starts to be extremely disrespectfull to me through steam. This was handled by @Collier But as SpaceShots never answered him and wasn't on he couldn't do much.
