Why Should This Player Be Punished: As a Secret Service agent, assasinated the mayor (me) because he thought I wasn't paying him adequately and that he ''always wanted to kill me''. He made up some story of a mayor starting a fire and his son dying in it. Breaking 4.1, 4.11 and 3.12. Also, I was paying him 165 with 30% tax, which isn't super low. I didn't take the situation seriously and didn't at all expect he was actually going to shoot me.
