Why Should This Player Be Punished: User admitted to carbombing a police vehicle I had got DNA off the officer and as he carbombed the officer he remained on scene.

Oh, so this is the person who bombed me. I was the police officer he bombed, and there was absolutely no reason to bomb me. I hadn't given anyone a large jail sentence, and no one was going to receive one. He clearly did this just for the sake of doing it.
