Why Should This Player Be Punished: After shooting an officer he immediately stored his weapon at his trunk breaking 3.18 (he stored the gun when his life was in danger, he was bleeding and many officers were nearby). Afterwards he went to take a pistol from a dead guy. I ran up to him gunpointing him and screaming for him to drop the weapon. After he saw me, he raised his gun trying to shoot me dying in the process (he had no chance of survival at all) breaking 3.4 (maybe 3.6 as well as he was bleeding and I doubt that he had any bandages on him).
