Why Should This Player Be Punished: Clearly broke 3.4 I had him at clear gun point but he decides to pull out a gun and shoot me.

I am sincerely sorry for the actions I took tonight, and I should have known better. I decided to pull out my weapon as from my point of view, I was on the side of you, and I had a great adventage in that situation. I pulled the gun, and shot you down, the reason for this was that I had atleast 5 people in the surrounding area armed, and could of saved me, but they saw me get shot down by a officer, after I shot down you, and one another I believe, therefore they did not try to save me. I thought I had a great chance of surviving and escaping, but it resulted in me dying.
