Why Should This Player Be Punished: User broke 3.4 which resulted in his death and my death. It also ruined my element of surprise on the TFU which I could have gotten away from by running back to my car and getting away if the medic didn't run under GP and give away my location as the TFU (@Husky) had no idea where I was.

As TFU arriving on scene with @A1L we were under belief both armed suspects were in fact inside of the slums complex, the breaking of 3.4 certainly got him killed as he would have had a 100% chance of fleeing or a high chance of flanking us.
