Why Should This Player Be Punished: User ran me over due to me blocking a vehicle he was vandalizing. User reversed, had plenty of time to notice me then continued to drive forward, knocking me out. I feel this was not a sufficient reason to attempt to kill me as he was then wanted for a hit and run felony. This also resulted in the loss of my colt annaconda.

We were having some road related agressions which we were roleplaying. He decided to step in between it and i even tried to brake but the brakes on the audi RS4 are fuckedup, so that wouldnt help.

Also from my eye @MangoJuice was breaking 3.4 by stepping infront of that vehicle which he should've not done.

That collision appears to have not been aimed to kill you, just bad luck on your side. However, for future reference I suggest you avoid stepping in front of a vehicle to bring it to a stop (not smart, will get you killed).
