Your Steam/In-game Name: Jack Robbinson
His/Her Steam/In-game Name: Harry Barnett
His/Her SteamID: STEAM_0055994582

Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Because I had him at gun point for 1/2 seconds before he chooses to drive off then stop, and then we had a mini shootout. I don't think its fair as he didn't do what I said while he was at gun point, as you can see I lost my baretta. (Sorry for the language in the evidence I was a bit high tempered) Also there is the clip of what the Mod/Admin said and did to help resolve this, Thank you.

Due to the fact that Harry was not moving while you gunpointed him, and he was facing forward, perhaps he did not see the gun, was possibly alt tabbed at the time, and simply panicked.

Also, as shown in the video, he had a decently fast car to make a successful getaway/partial escape to then fight you.
I think that Harry simply heard a voice, panicked, and drove off as a natural reaction, which was somewhat valid considering he was successful in his getaway.

Harry isn't the kind of person to break 3.4, and I honestly think this was just a misunderstanding, however, I'll remain NEUTRAL for now until we get @Hazza56 to comment on the situation.

As I said in the admin sit, I started (or attempted to, due to delay) start up my engine as I saw you coming over the fence with a gun. I then accelerated whilst turning my car to face back to you, which would then make it harder for you to hit me due to the inaccuracy of the Beretta, as I mentioned (and showed) in the admin sit. Due to the fact that I was driving away, and the only bit of me that you could actually end up hitting was the back of my head, which was unlikely due to the Beretta's inaccuracy. I then got as far away from you as possible and ended up killing you. I'd also like to mention the fact that I turned the engine on whilst you were climbing over the fence, and I was already holding down W and D in panic when you got over the fence.

I have reviewed the evidence and here is what I have to say.

If Hazza saw you in the trees gun in hand why did he not drive off before you got over the fence. You pointed the weapon point blank at him and while the engine may have been on the vehicle was stationary so gunpoint must be taken into account. If the vehicle was moving then yes he could have drove away due to him already having a good chance of evading anyway.

The user had recognised that he was under gunpoint and after two seconds decided to risk his life and drive away. No matter what kind of gun you were holding it was still a firearm the user recognised this. The only thing I can say for Hazza is that he may have done it in reaction and it has happened.

Due to the evidence clearly displayed here and the user clearly recognised the gun to his head he still risked his life even if he was in a P1 he was still risking his life by driving away.

I find myself in favor of this AR.

When I'm in a car capable of going at a decent speed and the engine is already on, (not to mention the fact that I was holding down W and D),it was quite easy for me to simply turn the wheel and hold down the accelerator when I had already seen he had a gun (he got it out from a distance) and was anticipating what was going to happen.

(Ran out of space for comment)

To show if @Hazza56 truly were at gunpoint, and that him jumping over the fence actually decreased his accuracy and the lag played part in this. We're going to need your demo.

To simplify it; We need your demo to know if he were still jumping over the fence on your side when you drove off.

I feel as if Harry was able to get away from the scene in a hefty manner. He had plenty of time to get away as it is quite an open space and also may not have realised that you had jumped over the fence due to a large open area being quite a scenic view which would make the user unknowing to any undetermined circumstances that may occur.
However I feel as if Harry should have been responsible and made himself understand that he was under gunpoint and that the chances of fleeing from rogue bullets are pretty slim and I also feel that he had enough time to notice that you had a gun pointing at him as his vehicle was stationary for a considerable amount of time.

The evidence is clear for me he jumped over the fence and was stood with a gun pointed at the head Baretta or not you could have been shot from that distance as he could of shot and realistically it would have killed you there and then you must of saw him there pointing the gun as you was looking at him. So you broke 3.4 by driving away.

After speaking to quite a lot of admins and hearing their opinions, i've decided to accept the AR request due to;
Yenamcraft shouted several times and even said that Hazza was at gunpoint and Yenamcraft also could've easily shot Hazza since he had clear shot of him.
Therefor Hazza will be banned for 3 days.
Accepted.
