Why Should This Player Be Punished: Hazza has broken 2.1 (Play realistically) and possibly 3.4 (Putting your life at risk). My shop was raided by people as a joke, however Hazza, instead of taking it as a joke, simply picked up my drugs and attempted to walk out, however was gunned down. Instead of tieing us up or gagging us, he completely ignored Peter Puffs (Arron/Faith) and only pointed a weapon at me to tell me to move so he could pick up the drugs. He possibly broke 3.4 because after being told by Lewis Love NOT to pick up the drugs, he still went ahead and did it, despite the fact Lewis had a weapon out. Also, after being shot he said something along the lines of'I got the drugs you didnt' in the LOOC chat to one of his friends. The gives me the sense that he clearly preferred to die with the drugs than live without them.

It was a bit of a clusterfuck at the time if I'm honest, and I didn't actually hear what Lewis was saying since so many people were talking at once. If you wish, I can give you the stolen goods back along with 5 seeds to replant the weed plant since I haven't grown since the incident.

Trying to take any actions against us (if it was serious, which I thought it was) would pretty much be 3.4. If you're going to whine about 2.1 then you should take the whole raid into consideration. It's not very often that a group of people storm into someone's house with guns raised as a joke.

So, I had a little chat with Harry and we ended up at this. Harry genuinely thought the raid was serious, hence why he nicked your dank. He also said that he genuinely didn't know he was being held under GP my Lewis. If these statements are true I believe he is clear from all charges. It all comes down to proving it.

Is it really worth your time by trying to ban him?

Now he is offering your stuff back and is being very co-operative in this. He didn't know he was being held under gunpoint. I know Harry, he is not the type of guy that breaks the rules all the time. He is a good guy, he doesen't want trouble. The best thing to do is drop the BR and ask for the drugs back.

As other people have previously mentioned, I didn't know I was being held under gunpoint at the time (I had a lovely conversation with @Saltguy over steam about this) since frankly the situation was a bit fucked up, especially in such a small area as the back of a bazaar shop.

You also clearly did not mind dieing because you had the drugs, I know this from you saying something along the lines of 'atleast I got drugs and you didn't' to one of your friends in the LOOC chat.

Can I ask how this proves anything about my mindset when I first entered the back of the shop?

From what I can read, it looks like a violation of 3.4 and 3.25. I will delivery a verdict shortly.

3.4 does not apply as he was "raiding" with your buddies but 3.25 still does. So by that he will recieve a warning and has to refund you your stuff. If he won't comply just contact me.
