Why Should This Player Be Punished: Firstly he broke 3.24 by telling the medic "You are breaking rules" etc. User then stalled RP so much, leading to me losing a suspect and much time. At first I ask him to pick up the m1911 as he previously came , minge grabbed it but when I told him to drop it he dropped it by selling it. Once I uncuffed him to drop the m1911 without selling it he picked it up, went to a storage chest and stored it. He then came back and tried to take another weapon (OTs) from the crime scene. I forced him to drop it but he dropped it by selling it yet again. After some time he calls me retarded in LOOC. Later on I am trying to tell him to drop the OTs without it being sold. He stalls even more until I threat to get him banned. Even more time passes until he finally takes the m1911 from his storage chest and drops it at 15000.

9600 he breaks 1.1 by calling me a retard.
At 11700 I threat to ban him and he finally complies.
