Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was playing as speed enforcer when i stopped him about 2 minutes before hand for jaywalking and he got a bit upset i tried to give him a ticket for it and accidentally nudged him with my car due to lag which didn't do any damage. I was then dealing with another person for jaywalking to to pd and at the path across from pd which leads down the side of the highway when he turns up in his car and drive son the path hitting me and the male im dealing with and drives off for no apparent reason and when i stopped him earlier he said things in /looc chat that he was gonna make a report as i hit him with my car due to lag and he was going to get me banned if i gave him a ticket for jaywalking so in all i think he got a little upset so decided to 'get me back' which is just silly and plain unrealistic.
