Why Should This Player Be Punished:
before you view the video keep inmind that the person was already pulled over for the exact same thing.
I was attempting to pull over the person for the 2nd time for:
1. Driving without headlights
2. Driving like a snail going 5-10mph.
He was already warned for both instances, and thus would recieve a ticket.
Upon me attempting to tickit him he got in the car. Before i could write anything he drove way, risked his life by fucking about on the highway and reversing on it. After a persuit he unfortunatly got killed
by getting in his car under gunpoint, i shot the engine(you can clearly see this due the marker!)
but unfortunatly that killed him. He said he was heavily injured of somesort, and due that he broke 3.3 by running to my car by attempting to get into it, then his car. Which is quite inpossible when you're injured.

Besides this after the person had respawned, he immideatly called roadcrew to his car's location(or tried to)
to retrieve it, he thus broke 3.5 as he remembered a detail before his death.
