Why Should This Player Be Punished: Breaking 2.5, 3.4 and 3.15 by ramming my cones, set up by me (being a Sergeant on duty at the time) randomly.
Story; An individual in a car (shown in the demo) was wanted, I was going after him, however crashed into someone. Coincidentally (or fortunately) I crashed into the suspect. His car was wrecked, standing on the highway and the suspect cuffed and brought to the PD. Now it was me, my police SUV and the suspects car, wrecked. Unfortunately, there was no roadcrew worker on duty. So I had to wait. After some time an individual, driving a forest/dark-green Volkswagen Beetle came from the other side, rammed into my 4 cones and drove of. After this incident, I've decided to do a report. Yet no staff member came in time. After 'bout 5-10 minutes he came back, I've ordered him to stop, however he failed to do so after 3 orders given, making him risking imprisonment. He most likely would've received a ticket, however in the end, he got caught breaking 6.5, 6.9 and 6.10 and received a 5 years jail sentence.
In my opinion this player is not here to roleplay at all.
