@Jenga as an officer and in the basic charger you are in, you cannot head on crash into people while travelling at a high speed since it risks your life and damages their cars and your own car in general, you need to take care or slow down to a moderate speed and possibly slam into them at a different area besides head on, of course to avoid killing yourself next time.
User will recieve a warning for 3.4/3.15 for their actions.
