Why Should This Player Be Punished: He stole an M82 of Jimmy Jackson/SC3 Gazzy Gaming then fled from me when i was an officer, once he crashed his vehicle he started firing at me and eventually killed me. He broke 3.4 since he wouldn't have been jailed for 10 years or received a 10k fine yet decided to kill me.

So it all started when i dcided to bet my m82 then jericho decided to take it when i won,resulting in him being chased down,and then from the video he shot the officer for no reason. breaking 3.4,i told the officer that he stole it thats why he was chased down.

Gazzy was at my gambling shop betting his M82 and as soon as he won the bet. I already had a pre-established plan to flee the scene as my car was parked in the front bazaar parking lot right opposite my gambling shop, the car was parked facing the exit meaning a swift getaway. I was even equipped with a sidearm in-case Gazzy decided to retaliate lethally to repossess his $80,000 sniper rifle. Upon losing the bet I sprint towards my car and speed away disregarding stop signs and indications in order to swiftly get to my destination. I had planned to drive to suburbs Jennifer's in order to get a facial to no longer be identified by Gazzy nor the authorities. As I was speeding away towards the highway towards suburbs the cop caught up with me code 3 meaning he had been notified by Gazzy of my fraud/theft. At this point I was already speeding and tried to elude the cop by doing drift manoeuvres to tail him off. However, that did not go as planned as seen in the video when my vehicle crashed by the church. Prior to this incident I was informed by Michael that he was the only cop on duty (cops can't provide false information hence this information was beneficial as I knew there would be no other cops to respond) whilst gambling at my casino and he is known to randomly discharge his firearm for no reason (as seen in my AR). As a result of acting under 3.6 I equipped the M82 in my hands to preserve my life from the trigger-happy officer as seen from the video he takes the first shot and later on kill him as I was 'gonna die son'. Upon killing the officer I make a swift getaway from the scene and changing skins at Jennifer's so that Gazzy can no longer identify me to the authorities nor gain personal attempts of my life.
