Why Should This Player Be Punished: He broke into and was cooking meth in the back of someone else's bazaar shop (mine) where I was selling like 20 high value rifles. As it is to be expected, the stuff exploded and set fire to my shop burning a huge deal of my items worth a lot of money.
He probably broke some other rule but this is a massive 2.5 as I had to spent my night frustrated and in a bad mood trying to make reports to figure out who did this.
