Why Should This Player Be Punished: He confiscated a Remington 870 and a Taurus 605 for no reason as he himself stated that "he saw another SWAT officer confiscate guns so he followed too". He was unaware of the situation and had no instructions to confiscate anything as the guns were used to defend from a raid. This is breaking rule 4.1 and I'd also like to have these guns refunded.

I was present at the scene and there was no reason at all to confiscate the firearm. User will be banned for unlawful asset seizure (i.e. 'mingegrabbing').
