Why Should This Player Be Punished: The user as seen in the video for some reason was walking about with a smg/ar on his back so i approach him and ask him to store it and he then runs down the underpass so i follow with my handgun unholstered and he shoots and kills me for no clear reason.

well I killed because I was clearly wanted,I knew it and I killed many other cops,I had a drill on me was about to rob the bank,after we killed 3 cops and my car got fucked,I was running to get Invgeni's car,and ya'll started chasing me so there was a reason to me having an ak on me.
