Why Should This Player Be Punished: I feel this player broke 3.4 as realistically even though I didn't even aim he was still crouched with a gun inches from his head. In real life if it was the same situation his brains would have been blasted on the floor the second he moved.
I also feel this player broke 3.3 as he started strafing, I feel its the only reason he survived.
