User was caught violating many traffic laws, when pulled over and spoken to he, simply put told me "no" and drove off. When found again, more traffic violations were witnessed. He was simply going to receive a ticket.

I didn't just say no, as you said. If you watch it, I stated that you were breaking the law 4.4 and trying to explain why, however you didn't actually give me any commands or anything when I turned on my engine and drove off, I said I don't want to speak to you and drove off. Also, if you would've gave me a jail sentence, it would've added upto around 7 years.
