Why Should This Player Be Punished: I killed a guy who tried killing me, the guy you saw in the video took the guy's who I killed gun and I tried to mug him for it because he didn't have it in his hands, but the guy decided to stall the rp by spamming LOOC that I'm mugging him in public place, which I'm allowed and it kinda isn't a public road. This lead me to getting caught by police, even though I had an escape plan with my friend who was driving the transit, but if not stalled, I would have had time to drive away easily.
