Why Should This Player Be Punished: Because he killed me for an invalid reason. He claimed I had made threats to him and his friends and then tried to lock pick his door and when the door opened he saw a gun in my hands and shot me.

So, we didn't knew dommy was there, he has the access, he didn't tell me anything, but heres the proof, and I didn't hear lockpicks but my friends told me that someones lockpicking our door, just see the video..

After viewing both POVs I can see why Medion shot you. His friend heard what sounded like someone was fiddling with the door then just a few moments after hearing what appeared to be someone lockpicking the door the door just opens and has two people standing as if they've just lockpicked the door. Justification has been given for the killing furthermore, even if you didn't lockpick the door it's not exactly as if he's just shot you for absolutely no reason, accidents happen.
