Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 User shot me for no reason as I had no reason to arrest/suspect him of anything whatsoever. (no i didnt see the gun in his hand i wouldve reacted to it) thus putting his life in danger by shooting me. I was also informed by @MrLewis that user left right after the shootout.

Actually, that was me, Soz. In the sit, I Personally refunded the person I killed of his Desert Eagle with a reflex sight (which was my personal one due to his being confiscated by police) and gave a sincere apology.
