Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was driving my car from bazzar to pd then marcus started ramming me,When i got to pd i jumped out my car to go talk to marcus then he ran me over and killed me.

That I had killed her friend, and when I tried to talk to her about it she drove away on me.

It was excessive to kill Destiny, civilian witness statements alone aren't considered as solid evidence. Also doing it in front of the PD with the gate officer watching is very risky, for no real benefit.
