Why Should This Player Be Punished: breaking 4.14 by confiscating items and driving off afterworths without a word.
So I was busy running my shop at bazaar as I hear a picklock. So i go to the back and see 2 pistolled guys there. They enter they building and I waited for them to come out again.
At that moment I rush them and shoot with my mac-11 a few times and ran off into bazaar. There was a cop there so I shortly explained what happened and said I got shot at.
He followed me back to the back of the store and more people showed up at the scene. As there were a lot of cops I got cuffed because my mac-11. I ran into the store who got mugged (friend/org member of mine) and got cuffed.At that moment he starts to talk to me, Okay i walked into the store but that is because my friend was tied in there. As I drop my mac-11 because of defending he gets it and puts it out of the room on a brickwall. After that he kept talking and all cops left and he was left behind alone. At this moment he walk to his car and puts the weapon on there. I kept screaming it was used as a defensive weapon to get off muggers but he just kept ignoring me.
At his car he confiscated the weapon without any reason (without bagging /me but okay, not needed). After that I asked him why he did it and he started the engine and just drove off without saying a word.
So in my eyes he broke 4.14 because he was no LEO and he confiscated the gun without any prove it was illegally used (because it was used to defend in second person).
(Also a bit of 3.3 because you are not confiscating and driving off without saying a single word.(but this can be left out))

Tick: will have a look next time I am going to play Gmod again as I have 2 demos most likely the last one "perpheads_demo_2015-11-13 17-00-20", but as I am not sure I have to give them both.
