Why Should This Player Be Punished: I pulled him over for no headlights, then dealt with his friend. He then did a /me saying he "cums on bertie" which can be seen as a sexual offence which is liable up to a 5 years prison and 4k ticket. I gave him a ticket and Bertie was going to give him a ticket and then disconnected. Which breaks 6.5.

Broke 3.4, 2.1 for actually sexually abusing officers with no beneficial reason, including that he apparently didn't do any further /me's which would make his action even possible.
After giving a ticket, he actually disconnected in a RP situation (6.5). The user was not willing to roleplay at all in my opinion. So a +support from me.
