Why Should This Player Be Punished: Basically we were arresting a guy for illegally transporting a firearm, he then started shooting as he was his friend (I guess). Once we revived him, he decided that he would disconnect, he then came back later to kill us, he died and left once again.

He broke 3.4 due to him attempting to murder 2 police officers to avoid getting his firearm confiscated and probably getting a ticket. His punishment went due to that murder from a max. 2 years jail sentence and max. $ 3,000 ticket to a 10 years jail sentence and $ 10,000 ticket. Overall a +support from me.
