Why Should This Player Be Punished: Breach of rules 3.4 & 3.24 The player mostly ignored my gunpoint, and walked away, before saying: "Oh this is totally not public" in reference to believing that I was mugging him in a bad location, which I wasn't, as the NPC's were out of sight, and valid muggings have happened here before. He then walked away. I was mugging him as I noticed he had likely just sold to a drug dealer.
