Why Should This Player Be Punished: They had several opportunities to kill me in a more appropriate place, and instead waited until i got to the PD to shoot me, camera's saw the whole thing and i think by doing so it was class as, 2.1 and possible 3.4?

We were following you for ages , trying to look for you u killed like 5 of us but i was only informed about 3 (as u killed me first)
as u can see in the clip we pinned you as a last resort , we killed you and drove off no one knew we did it no one was chased by cops.
