I'm really confused about this, I threw it to get it away from everyone on the scene because it was probably going to be picked up by a gun happy person who would shoot the cops because his mates were being detained. Also, @Fredy said he confiscated the gun and I didn't confiscate it because the scene wasn't clear yet. You were detained as you took the gun from a murder scene. I threw the gun in a trained and controlled manner and nobody was at injured by it. By me not confiscating it due to an unclear scene, I didn't break law 4.2. The gun was thrown to keep people safe, I threw it behind @Luke. Yes, me saying I hope it did go off was rude but the guy I said it to was generally being obnoxious. When @Fredy asked me on the radio if you gave me the gun as evidence, I thought he meant did I confiscate it as evidence and I said "No." I admit I shouldn't have said that last thing and apologise for it. All else are incorrect accusations against me.
