Why Should This Player Be Punished: Just randomly shot us, you could say it was un intentional however he did give the reason "You tried to shoot the swat" and then shortly after changed his story and said it was "crossfire". Maybe best to get his POV of the situation?

let me clear this , i said tried to kill swat as i tried to kill swat i was called by @Silent and @SpaceShots to kos cops in slums and @Jericho was with me , i do think it is your fault however for staying in this area as there was an on going raid.
