Why Should This Player Be Punished: I caught this guy running on the highway, and I restrained him. I asked him what he was doing and he said "ï have no car. this running shit sucks" then I said "get in the car" and he disconnected. Later on, I caught him somewhere else. I asked him LOOC why he did it. I'm adding a picture so you can see what he replied.
