Why Should This Player Be Punished?: User clearly broke rule 2.1 and 3.4 as he started to punch Shaniqua Cesmires in front of the PD CCTV without any reason. He kept punching till bleeding and I had to get a gun to make sure he didnt kill her. User dc'd when I tried to obtain anymore info and said I was going to make a AR.
