I’ve checked the footage myself and I’ve told you previous to this situation about the betting shops only rule, this rule was made to avoid people doing mini-pre rolls to clog up chat and ‘Get Lucky’ and try using a pre-roll as a legitimate one.

I recommended you go over table due to your success rate in getting higher roles, I never said go and you transferred the money via bank transaction and rolled as it came through.

You broke a rule in my shop and you knew of this rule since I had an item posted behind myself as you can see in the video stating this rule. This wasn’t designed as a scam and wasn’t the intention.

You decided to Molotov the shop, not in retaliation of the ‘scam’ but in anger that you had lost 300K+ in the shop and felt my rule was unfair. I told you rules were rules and it was your decision to bet money.

You then decided to take your anger out on my ‘scam’ by molotoving my shop for your own mistake. You then came to the back of it with a gun ready which makes me feel you planned to kill Dan.



You’ve acknowledged the fact you should of just left it but this is my assumption from our chat on steam. Of course I’m still not mad about the Molotov but I’m just looking for my things to be returned.

Overall I think we’ve had enough of the chit chat and I’ve said what I needed to say and so has Dan, I’m done responding unless it’s direct questions and staff need responses

@Stomper 's actions were an appropriate escalation of the situation at hand where he was cheated out of $100,000. The rule doesn't serve as much of a reassurance to anything except the casino to be able to keep their money if they are the ones who lose on a roll. Any consequences and loss from the molotov are proportionately lower than the $100,000 he was cheated out of.​
