Why Should This Player Be Punished: I heard shots being fired in the underpass so i ran down with my gun drawn as i did not know what or who was down there so i had everyone currently under gunpoint, but when i gunpointed these persons they took out their baseball bats and almost killed me. They broke 3.4 by risking their life and 3.6 because they got shot right after.

Generally you couldn't control that much people with one gun. Lots of people have the advantage to flank you, etc.

They did have two on you and you could not have shot the both of them so they both hammed you with baseball bats however there was a officer stood right there and if he seen them hitting you after they had killed you they would need to kill the other officer when he could have just shot them but having being he was just revived and a bit dissy and hurt he could not have shot as his vision would be dizzy. I am not sure about this so I am going to just leave this with my opinion on what it looked like.
