I have had a few issues with this guy too. Firstly breaking 3.4 by punching someone inside the PD in-front of the Receptionist sergeant
Then again breaking 4.1 by running an officer over as an officer and didn't call paramedics afterwards. He claimed that he didn't care about him, physical assault with a vehicle with intent to kill in that matter.

As he has two users saying he has broken the server rules its clear that he does not know them i think the user should be issued a warning verbal or a normal warning so he knows that he has been braking server rules.
