Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5, 3.21 - Went up to me and hit me repeatedly with a baseball bat in front of the Saftey First shop for no reason at all, when I told him to stop afterwards in LOOC, he hit me once more inside the car garage - killing me.

The user attempted to lure you into an enclosed area during the night in order to most likely mug you. Your video has cut out vital parts of the situation which I have found by looking at the logs, which shows you not complying with his orders to follow him, and instead stalled during the situation by talking in LOOC chat which increased the chances of someone witnessing this. If you'd like to take this further to possibly show 3.21 was broken, please send me a PM.
