Why Should This Player Be Punished: Well i was in cuffs and decided to run, the swat officer killed me. There was no need for me to get shot i was no threat to the swat as i was in cuffs.

I was there, and Mario wasn't a threat before cuffed or after.
While attempting to fleeing away Kitty was simply being kill hungry and decided to gun him down with no warning.

It's pretty fucking obvious that it was excessive, yet when he asked Kitty about it in OOC he said Mario "broke 3.4" (even though he never saw Kitty), pretty pathetic.
