Why Should This Player Be Punished:

Leonard Mayfair participated in a raid at slums with his friends. He admitted that after he killed two people, he stored the gun I dropped since he told me to drop it on the slums staircase, few seconds later he died because of the people he was raiding. I warned him in LOOC that this was a breach of 3.18 and that I'd accept the M16A4 as compensation, but he refused.

Pashion Rakku broke 2.5 multiple times by consistently harassing me and my friends in the slums apartments. Baiting us by crowbarring and running back into their apartment. Each and every time they did we retaliated and he ended up dying, but he kept persisting. @Knoxy82 can provide evidence of this. @Jay

On the other hand the player broke IC by saying the below:

ShadowHorse slandered and hackusated me in OOC. He walked into an apartment I was in, I said "Get on the ground, don't move" they then backed out of the apartment saying "No, no" and ended up getting shot as a result for failing to comply and then proceeded to write the messages you see.
