Why Should This Player Be Punished: As you can see in the demo he drove wrecklessly and also ignored the traffic signs so we stopped him tried to get an explanation why he did that and we told him he will get the ticket he deserve a maximum ticket of 3500. But instead he drives @Garo.k over and drives away over a small ticket which resultet in getting him warranted. Rules broken 3.4 2.1
