Why Should This Player Be Punished: I was gonna arrest him for spitting on me and also trying to flee from me by being broken out. When he got broken out he went in his car and didn't follow up to get out started his car under gp and start reversing backward with his slow car having legit 0% chance of escaping or breaking my gp and after that, he decided to get out and jump in his friend car under gp. Later on, he threatened to suicide at city bridge and starts a shootout at the bazaar for no reason at all. It all started from him spitting on me for no reason.
