Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 pulled out a gun under GP

I would like to point out this whole situation occurred because of a guy we kidnapped and he called 911 under gunpoint and refused to get out of the car.

Illusion clearly doesn't understand rule 3.4 i previously made an AR on him for one of the worst cases of stalling under GP and total disregard for his life and the gun to his head. https://perpheads.com/threads/ar-on-illusion.29109/
He only got a verbal warning for the actions in the last AR i made on him which is no way near justice in my eyes but moderators discretion and all that. would just like to say that he clearly hasn't learned his lesson from his previous rule breaks.


This is a PM he sent to me earlier he states he was not thinking and made a shitty decision and sorry for his dumb mistake but he clearly says down below that it was lag and ping that is at fault. His story doesn't add up?

I had a fair amount of ping as I usually do, but from my POV, you had your gun in passive when I pulled out my gun. I do apologize for any inconvenience but you have to account for delays in gameplay. Not everything is instant, there is always going to be a slight bit of delay, especially because of how animations work.

Not to mention, you drove up the wrong side of the highway for absolute no reason. You had plenty of other options. You even had to go through spike strips to do it.

Another thing, assuming the guy never exited the car so you never really had him kidnapped, why shoot cops? You would get like one charge of 9.3 which is I think 4 years max. Maybe evading, which is 5 years max. Boundary is 6 years to kill cops.
