Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Was minging as roadcrew. Booted my friends car because i gave him 200 dollars and went to get 300 out of atm. then he booted me and my friends car and drove off. Without any LEO's orders. He then ignored GP when i wanted to force him to unboot my car. later on he comes and attempts to CDM me. within a minute he drives into my car full speed (Me standing on top of my car) Resulting in my death and 3 vehicles smashed onto eachother. Then he ignored GP from my Friend @Tchami and then the situation stated in his ban occured.
