It's been well over 24 hours now and so far @Aquaa has informed me that Jordan's justification was that the law allowed him to do so. Whereas this may be true, the rules did not. Getting yourself involved in a shootout to defend random Police Officers is incredibly risky and thus a violation of rules 3.4 and 2.5.
