I can't tell his Steam or In-game name becouse it happened very quickly and I was very confused.
I was walking to storage. On City Hall parking I saw 2 runing cop's on the left side. When I was close Regal Apartaments I heard and saw shots. I thought somebody is shoting from the darkness so I step back and I was shot in the back. I turned around and saw cop aiming to me. Then he killed me.

After digging through the logs I finally found the player who killed you.

He will be banned for 4 days since he is fairly new. His actions were totally intentional from what it seems.
