Why Should This Player Be Punished: they go to bank when we was raiding it and 1 of them get hes gun out and mabe he was going to kill us

For a bit more info on this, during an active bank raid, this guy in the Mercedes decided to continuously drive into the windows of the bank, smashing them. I then shot near him to scare him off so that he gets out of the area, instead of driving away, I'm assuming his intentions were to kill me or intervene with the bank robbery, not sure why he thought that would be a good idea.

I was at the bank try to buy a house then I heard gun shots so I decided to get my gun as to not get taken hostage.
