Why Should This Player Be Punished: Has already been warned for ramming Dai and his friend at max speed. Travis was also the cop that shot Dai completely unarmed. In the sit Travis stated it was due to Dai's murder warrant however Dai had completely changed his appearance 5 minutes before this when Dai was wearing a red vest and white trousers. Dai was now wearing a sweater. Travis was barely able to see Dai and has completely read the name on Dai's head if Travis could even see it.
