Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.2 and 3.4 near evocity park. Earlier they were talking about 1v1 gun fight in OOC chat but I was ignoring it. I heard gunshots toward the bank and immediately checked and see what is going on. I come up and had the player at gunpoint and demanded him for hands up but they use OOC chat to let someone know of police presents. The player refuses to put his hands up and went to take cover around the wall. After that I died from another player shooting at me.
